Cauliflower in the Spanish way

- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

<strong>Preparation: </strong>
The cauliflower is boiled in salted water, to which a glass of milk is added. Drain, place on a heated plate and sprinkle with finely chopped hard-boiled eggs. Fry onion and primrose in oil. Pour over the cauliflower, the dish is finished, it can be served cold.
