Beans with soybean pieces
ingredients:
- HIGLO Green pod 200 g
- red tomato 100 g
- celery root 80 g
- HIGLO Carrot 100 g
- yellow meat paprika 100 g
- soybean pieces 50 g
- parsnip 50 g
- sea salt are 2 g
- black pepper 2 g
- water 400 ml
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Peel celery, primrose root and carrot and grate on a large grater. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small cubes. Soak everything together in a little water, then add the beans from the bag, add salt, pepper and pour over hot water. When the beans become soft, add sliced tomatoes, soybean pieces and let it cook gently for a few more minutes. Serve with sour milk if desired.
