Cauliflower soup with eggs

ingredients:

  • 1 sachet Higlo cauliflower roses
  • 1 large onion
  • Vegetable soup
  • 4 pcs. eggs
  • Spices
  • They are, pepper, a food supplement

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

The cauliflower is boiled in salted water, to which a glass of milk is added. Fry finely chopped, cleaned onion in heated oil, add the prepared cauliflower and fry a little. Add the appropriate amount of vegetable soup (for 4 people 1 to 1,5 liters of water), add salt to taste. Just before cooking, thicken the soup with scrambled eggs, with a little salt and finely chopped dill. Bring to a boil and serve.
