Stuffed beans
ingredients:
- 1 pack Higlo pods
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- Parsley, garlic
- Salt, oil
- Ground red pepper
- Lemon
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Boil the beans in the usual way, then simmer in oil. Add finely chopped parsley and a few cloves of garlic, a little salt, flour and ground red pepper. Fry together, pour water and cook for about twenty minutes. After that, wait for it to cool, season with egg, add a little lemon juice and three tablespoons of sour cream. Serve with toast.
