Cauliflower with minced meat

ingredients:

  • 1 sachet Higlo cauliflower roses
  • 350 g of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 slice of old bread
  • 1,5 dl of milk
  • 100 cheeses
  • 2 tablespoons ground walnuts
  • 1 potato
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 pcs. eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sweet sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • They are, pepper, a food supplement

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Cauliflower is boiled in salted water. After that, rinse the cauliflower with cold water and put it in a strainer to drain, then apply with pepper and place it in the middle of a refractory dish (previously greased with butter) in which it will be baked later. Fry the finely chopped onion in the heated oil, add the meat, the diced carrot and fry for another 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Add grated potatoes, primrose, squeezed bread, pressed garlic, ground walnuts, food additive, salt and pepper to the mass. Mix everything well and arrange around the placed cauliflower. Beat eggs with milk, add whipped cream, salt, pepper and pour over cauliflower and meat. Sprinkle the surface with coarsely grated cheese, spread a few small tomatoes around it and put them in a preheated oven to bake. Bake at 220 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
