Sour bean stew
ingredients:
- 1 pack Higlo green beans
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 onion
- With, vinegar
- Spices
- A small tomato for decoration
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Finely chop the cleaned onion and fry in oil. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add the green beans to the onion base, pour a little water and simmer for a few minutes. Just before serving, add yogurt, salt, a little vinegar and chopped green beans. The stew prepared in this way is best combined with cooked poultry. Garnish with quarters or halves of a small tomato.
