Bean cake

ingredients:

  • 1 bag of HIGLO green beans 
  • 2 larger carrots 
  • 1 onion 
  • 200 g of hard cheese 
  • 1 egg 
  • 4 tablespoons sour milk 
  • 1 tablespoon flour 
  • 1 tablespoon pretzels 
  • a little salt, pepper, ground red pepper
  • a little margarine to lubricate the tin

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Saute onion and carrot, add green beans, salt, pepper, put a little ground red pepper and fry on low heat for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Beat egg, sour milk and flour and mix well with stewed green beans. Cover the cake tin with foil, grease with margarine and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour half of the prepared green beans into the mold, grate the cheese over it and cover with the rest of the green beans. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 - 230 ° C, about 15 minutes, ie until a brown crust is caught on the surface. Roll the baked cake on a tray and sprinkle it with grated cheese. Serve with sour milk.
