Bean moussaka

ingredients:

  • 2 bags of HIGLO pods
  • 2 onions 
  • 500 g of minced meat 
  • 1 cup sour cream 
  • 4 eggs 
  • primrose leaf 
  • 2dl oil 
  • ground pepper, with 
  • 3 cloves garlic

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Saute the cooked beans in one deciliter of heated oil with chopped onion and chopped garlic. Add salt, cover and simmer. Occasionally add a little water until all the water has evaporated. Meanwhile, fry the other head of finely chopped onion on the other half of the fat, add the minced meat, salt, pepper, and then fry everything together. Remove from the stove, add one beaten egg and finely chopped parsley leaf. Put a row of beans in a greased sherpa, then a row of meat. The last row should be the row of pods. Whisk the sour cream with three eggs, pour over the moussaka and bake in a preheated oven until the yellow crust is caught.
