Cauliflower moussaka with ham and cheese

ingredients:

  • 1 sachet Higlo cauliflower roses
  • 300 g finely chopped ham powder
  • 1 large onion
  • 1,5 dl of milk
  • bread crumb
  • 2 pcs. eggs
  • 2 dl sweet sour cream
  • Trappist or Gouda
  • Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • They are, pepper, a food supplement

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

The cauliflower is boiled in salted water, to which a glass of milk is added. Fry the chopped onion on the ribs in olive oil, add the ham powder and simmer over a moderate heat, stirring constantly for half an hour. Add salt, pepper and remove from the heat after a few minutes. Prepare a dressing consisting of 2 eggs with whipped cream, add grated nuts and salt. Grease the refractory dish with olive oil, then arrange a layer of cauliflower, a layer of onions with ham, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and repeat the procedure. The last row should be cauliflower. Bake over a moderate heat until slightly browned, pour over the topping, then bake. Sprinkle with coarsely grated gouda or trappist leaves if desired.
