Fried pepper moussaka

ingredients:

  • 2 bags Higlo peppers roasted peppers on wood
  • 2 dl flour
  • 3 eggs
  • A little milk
  • 300 g of mixed minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • So, pepper
  • Dietary supplement
  • Finely chopped primrose

Topping:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 dl sour cream

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Melt the paprika, clean it of seeds, leave it to drain a bit, add salt and fry. Fry onions and carrots to soften, add minced meat and fry until the liquid evaporates. Add salt, pepper, food additive and finely chopped parsley. Arrange a row of peppers and then a row of meat, so that it ends with the peppers. Eggs and sour cream are beaten and poured over the whole moussaka. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes, until the crust turns brown.
