Chicken white meat in sesame

ingredients:

  • 1 sachet Higlo cauliflower rose
  • 800 g chicken white meat
  • 2 dl oil
  • 50 g of oil
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 3 dl chicken soup
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 80 g butter
  • Salt, pepper, food additive

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Separate the chicken white meat from the bones and skin. Make chicken soup from the bones. Beat the meat with a hammer, season and roll in sesame seeds. Bake in heated oil. Carbio precipitate, drain and season. Transfer it to a double bowl on butter and leave in a warm place until serving. Cut fresh mushrooms into thin slices. When the chicken turns, add the mushrooms and simmer together for about 10 minutes. Add sour cream and spices, pour over chicken soup and simmer until the mass becomes thick. Serve the chicken with a side dish of cauliflower, pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken. Serve warm.
