Fried chicken stuffed with fried peppers

ingredients:

  • 1 bag Higlo peppers roasted on wood
  • 3 eggs
  • White meat of one chicken
  • Cheese
  • Bread crumb
  • Salt, pepper, oil

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Melt the peppers, peel and seeds and add salt. Split them and allow to drain. Cut the chicken meat into thin steaks. Spread it, salt it, pickle in the middle, put a little cheese and 2 pieces of split red pepper sticks. Wrap the meat in a roll and put a toothpick. Roll in eggs and pretzels. Roll up the rolled rolls next to each other in a hot butter pan. Add a few tablespoons of water to the corner of the pan so that the water does not sap the pretzels. After ten minutes of baking, take the pan out of the oven and slowly turn each roll, and then bake for another 10 minutes. Towards the end, add a little more grated cheese and return to the oven briefly.
