Hermes Rice
The Hermes variety is grainy and aromatic, and its main characteristic is red. It originates from Italy, from the common cross of black rice of Venus and long grain rice, of the Indica species. The outside of the rice grain is very rich in red anthocyanins, natural pigments with antioxidant action, which give the grain this characteristic color. Rice is highly digestible, gluten-free which is rich in fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. They are an ideal ingredient for appetizers, mainly dishes, light meals, soups, salads and vegetables.
