Kefalograviera Vasilits hard cheese made from sheep's milk with a salty taste and rich aroma. It is often used when making saganaki (that is, we cut it into triangular pieces, dip it in spicy flour and lightly fry it). It is similar to cephalothyria and sometimes replaces it. Kefalograviera is a product of the protected designation of origin (ZOI).
Available in plastic airtight packaging (vacuum) 500gr and all over the head if desired.
