Parmesan

Parmesan is a hard, salty yellow cheese made from sheep's milk and / or goat's milk in Greece, although it is a gruyere, which is made from ageladisio milk, or a mixture of sheep's and ageladisiou milk that is sometimes sold outside Greece and Cyprus as Kefalotyri. Depending on the milk mixture used in production, the cheese varies between yellow and white.
