Triolada Cake is made of crust and filling composed of creamy white chocolate, milk chocolate cream and dark chocolate cream. The cake contains three types of chocolate, whence the name Triolada. The cake is decorated with a dark chocolate topping and is decorated with pieces of chocolate. The chocolate topping retains its luster even at -18c.
