Stuffed tomatoes with green beans

ingredients:

• 8 pcs of tomatoes
• 600 g of minced meat
• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• white pepper, salt, marjoram, basil
• 200 g of Trappist
• egg yolks (4 pcs)
• 1 bag of HIGLO green beans
• 1 sour cream
• 20 g flour
• chives

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Saute minced meat on finely chopped onion, season with garlic, marjoram, basil, salt and pepper. We fill the hollowed out tomatoes with such a mass. We put a mixture of grated Trappist and egg yolk on top. Meanwhile, sauté the green beans in butter. When it softens, add flour, salt, pepper, sour cream, chives and pour over the soup. When it boils, serve in a shallow plate and serve stuffed tomatoes in the middle.
