Bean salad

ingredients:

  • 450 g HIGLO green beans
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, apple cider vinegar
  • oil, salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, pepper
  • 1/2 bunch finely chopped parsley leaf, 1 clove finely chopped garlic

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Put green beans in water and cook for about 10 minutes. When it is cooked, pour it into a strainer to drain and cool it completely. Then put it in a bowl, and in a separate pot, mix vinegar, salt, sugar and mix everything well, then pour over the green beans. Cut the boiled eggs over the salad and arrange and sprinkle with a little oil, primrose leaves and garlic. Refrigerate to cool well before serving.
