Cooked vegetable salad

ingredients:

  • 500 g of green beans
  • 200 g peas
  • 100 g of carrots
  • 50 g celery
  • 1 sour apple
  • 50 g pickles

For topping:

  • 500 ml sour cream
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of food additives 

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

To prepare the salad dressing (dressing), put sour cream in a bowl, add a food additive and lemon juice. Mix everything well and leave for about 15 minutes. Peel a squash, grate it and cook it. Drain and cool the cooked vegetables. Peel and grate the carrot and celery, and cut the apple and pickles into cubes. Put the vegetables prepared in this way in a bowl, pour over the salad dressing and mix lightly.
