Roasted paprika salad with sour milk
ingredients:
- 1 sachet Higlo peppers roasted on wood
- 2 dl sour milk
- Parsley
- 50 g of oil

<strong>Preparation: </strong>
The peppers are melted, cleaned of shells and seeds. They are cut in half lengthwise, salted to taste, arranged in a shallow bowl and poured with the amount of oil. In the well-whipped sour milk, add the crushed garlic and finely chopped primrose, and pour this mass over the arranged peppers.
