Cuttlefish with herbs and red wine

ingredients:

  • 1 kg of cleaned cuttlefish
  • 1 bunch chopped onions
  • 1/2 pile of chopped dill
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes or sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, cloves, allspice

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

First sauté the onions in the oil.
Add the cuttlefish to the sautéed onions, pour in the wine then let it evaporate for a few minutes before adding the tomatoes and the pulp (dissolved in 2 glasses of water).
Finally add the dill, spices and salt and pepper.
Simmer in a pot for about 35 to 45 minutes until the cuttlefish is soft.
