Baked beans with sour milk

ingredients:

• 2 bags of HIGLO pods 
• 1 onion 
• 1/4 liter of sour milk
• 4 eggs 
• Bread crumb 
• 50 grams of cream 

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Put beans and finely chopped onion in 2 liters of boiling salted water. Cook for 15 minutes. Drain, place in a fireproof bowl or chewing gum. Beat 4 eggs and mix carefully with sour milk, then pour over the beans. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pieces of cream. Bake on high heat in the oven.
